PRODUCT security systems (Motion sensors)

The motion sensor uses optical, microwave or
audio sensor technology to detect movement
 around the room.

Whenever there is movement near where
you live or work, you can use the sensor to be
aware of what is happening. Types of motion
sensors are in fact the main protectors of
 surroundings security.

All movements and data are managed
through a mobile application, tablet or a
 desktop computer.

 types of motion sensors

 • Reactive (infrared): Based on infrared technology and detects movements by detecting heat.
 • Active (Radar): Based on radar technology. This type of motion sensor works by transmitting as well
as receiving radio waves that return when they hit a moving object.

suitable place to install motion sensor

 • Success in using the sensor is directly related to installing it in the right place. The motion sensor
should be positioned to cover more areas of the room. It may seem like a good idea to place the sensor
near a door or window in a room, but in reality it limits the detection range of the sensor and also
disrupts infrared function. Most motion sensors work by detecting heat fluctuations, so a sunshade
or proximity to a heating element is not a good idea.
 • The best location for the motion sensor is in a corner of the room that has a good view of the
entrance and any change in the room can be easily detected from that point.
 • Consider how people use the room and entry points
 • Make sure that the false stimuli do not activate the motion sensor
 • In larger spaces, use multiple sensors to completely cover the room
